HOW TO JOIN OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

 

Why Join ASnA:

Anthropology South Africa is your organisation, representing the interests of anthropologists and the discipline in southern Africa. ASnA organizes the largest anthropological conference in southern Africa and collaborates with other anthropological organisations across the continent, and world. We provide a venue for publishing academic papers via our journal Anthropology Southern Africa. Our mandate is to:

• Promote anthropology in southern Africa.
• Support anthropological research.
• Disseminate anthropological knowledge in the academic milieu and to the wider public.

Membership Fees:

• Regular R300 
• Student R50 
• Retired R50 
• Unwaged R50 
• Post-Doc R50 

All ASnA memberships include a subscription to the journal Anthropology Southern Africa and enable you to register for ASnA's annual conference.

 

Registration:

Joining or renewing your ASnA membership is merely a click away. Becoming a member of the ASnA is simple and easy. Click on the link below, download the membership form below. Provide your details and indicate which membership you wish to take. e-Mail the completed form to the address provided and you will be added to the database.

Guidelines:

• All of the categories must be filled in and be sure to verify all the information before submitting the form;
• Your membership must be renewed each and every year as renewal is not automatic;
• Please note that your membership fees will not be reimbursed once paid. A receipt will be generated after payment of your fees.
