ASnA Conference 2025

Dear ASnA 2025 Delegate, 

This is a friendly reminder to please register for the ASnA 2025 Conference as soon as possible. Kindly register using this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1h6Ia1qY-j98vpGNj7y4VQln8MuTqZzI_pSwETydexNc/edit


As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide your details for invoicing purposes. After making your payment, kindly email your proof of payment to conference@ru.ac.za 

A detailed cost breakdown form is attached for your reference. When registering, you can indicate if you require:
  • Shuttles from Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport (Port Elizabeth) to Makhanda
  • On-campus accommodation (single room with bed, table and desk, bed & breakfast).
  • If you prefer not to use on-campus accommodation, you are welcome to arrange your own stay at any of the recommended establishments listed in the attached form.
We kindly request that you finalise your registration asap.
