From 1994 to 2001, the journal was published by the Association of Afrikaans Ethnologists under the title South African Journal of Ethnology. The SAJE archive can be consulted on Sabinet.

 

 

 

Anthropology Southern Africa

Anthropology Southern Africa (ASnA) was founded in 2002 and is published by Taylor and Francis on behalf of the Anthropology Southern Africa association. ASnA is peer evaluated and serves a wide South African, African and international community. The journal is published four times a year. Each issue appears online as it is published; print copies appear twice a year in two double-issues.
